Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the okbed platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and us.
General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okbed platform and all its services. okbed is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
These Terms may change from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.
okbed's services are available only to individuals who are of legal age and otherwise eligible. Users from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not eligible to use this platform.
Account Registration
To play games or place bets on the okbed platform, you must create a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
2.1 Key Account Rules
- Each user may hold only one account; creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The name, date of birth and contact details provided when creating an account must be accurate.
- It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential; sharing them with any third party is prohibited.
- Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your account details.
2.2 Account Verification
okbed reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time. Withdrawal privileges may be suspended until satisfactory verification is complete. okbed reserves the right to close an account if the required documents for verification are not provided.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
The minimum age to participate on the okbed platform is 21. This platform is intended only for users aged 21 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
okbed reserves the right to request a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport or birth registration certificate) as proof of age at any time. If any discrepancy is found in the information provided, the account may be suspended immediately and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each payment method.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made in the name of the registered account holder and from their own payment source.
- Deposits made through or in the name of a third party are strictly prohibited.
- Deposit amounts are credited to the account immediately, though bank transfers may take a little longer.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
- okbed reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Bonuses and Promotions
okbed offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus and should be read carefully before claiming.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- A 20x wagering requirement must be met to release this bonus.
- The welcome bonus is available to each new user only once.
- The account must be fully verified to be eligible for the bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- okbed reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
- All promotional offers must be used within their specified validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- okbed reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
5.3 VIP Program
okbed's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members can enjoy up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Higher tiers can be reached based on consistent activity and higher participation. Detailed terms and conditions for VIP benefits apply separately.
Gaming Rules
All games operated on the okbed platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. No manual intervention occurs in determining game outcomes.
6.1 Fair Play Policy
- Game outcomes on the okbed platform are determined in a neutral and random manner.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate a game is strictly prohibited.
- Using any software or bot to place automated bets is prohibited.
- If any dispute arises regarding game rules, game logs and server records will be treated as the final evidence.
6.2 Sports Betting
- Bets may be placed live or pre-match, where that option is available for a specific event.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Betting based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action:
- Transactions involving illegal funds or money laundering.
- Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
- Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game or bet.
- Using automated scripts, bots or any unauthorized software.
- Harassing, threatening or insulting other users.
- Operating an account under a false identity or playing under a third party's name.
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical error in the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
okbed reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification.
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.
- At the user's own request (under self-exclusion or responsible gaming provisions).
- In the case of a long period of account inactivity.
If an account is closed, any remaining verified deposit balance will be returned; however, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited in cases of a breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
okbed is an entertainment gaming platform. okbed is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by a user as a result of gaming or betting.
- okbed is not directly liable for losses caused by technical issues, server downtime or internet disruptions.
- okbed does not accept responsibility for technical errors occurring on the platforms of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and others).
- Maximum possible liability will in no case exceed the total amount deposited by the user in that specific month.
- okbed is not liable in cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions or other uncontrollable occurrences.
